Daniel C. Cicero

Jim Guidera is Managing Director and Group Head of Project Finance for Calyon Americas.

Jim, as the regional head Calyon’s project finance activities in the Americas, covers power, natural resources and infrastructure sectors.

Jim joined the bank’s predecessor Credit Lyonnais as a senior transaction officer in the Project Finance Group in 1992, and led numerous syndicated project finance transactions focused in the energy sector prior to his promotion to Group Head in May 1999. Prior to joining Credit Lyonnais, Jim was a senior banker in the project finance and energy groups of KOP bank and Bank of Boston. Before his banking career, Mr. Guidera practiced law in Philadelphia.

Jim graduated as a Juris Doctor at Villanova University.
