Todd Alexander is a partner at Chadbourne & Parke LLP based in its New York office. His practice includes representing developers, private equity groups and lenders in project financings, including the financing of IGCC, SNG, and CTL facilities. He is currently involved with the development of more than $25 billion of clean coal related projects, including advising:
- Global Energy on the development of its SNG facility in Ohio;
- Baard Energy in connection with its CBTL facility in Ohio;
- Sino Global International on the development of its IGCC and CTL facility in Dubai;
- Accelergy in connection with the deployment of its coal-to-liquids technology;
- Ligfuel on the development of its CTL facility in Louisiana;
- a U.S. utility in connection with an SNG facility;
- GTA Energy on the development of several coal-to-alcohol facilities; and
- a group of private equity investors in GreatPoint Energy.
